I have dedicated 9 years to the fitness industry, due to my
passion to motivate
people not only to look better, but more importantly, to feel better and live
longer healthier lives. As a personal trainer for the past 4 years, I have taken
my enthusiasm for fitness from a broad range and focused to one on a more
intimate level. Training people one on one, I have been able to help my
clients improve their strength, endurance, balance, and coordination. My time
is dedicated to helping people gain the body, spirit, and confidence they desire.
I begin by devising my own personal workout for each one of my clients
depending on their personal goals and fitness level. Not only do I
construct a workout plan for each individual, but I also devise a diet plan
that is right for you. This plan will enable me to help you in keeping track
of your eating habits and daily nutritional requirements. I take great pride
in my work and enjoy the lasting friendships that are created. Getting in
shape can be a frustrating experience. I am here to help give you hope
and to personally support you in your efforts in believing that any goal is
possible. Becoming healthy is not only getting the perfect body, it is a
lifestyle. That is why I look foward to working with you in reaching your
own personal fitness goals.
